Residential Services

Pricing for regular weekly residential service starts at $29.50 a month with no additional fees or taxes. Although not required, we do offer Toters for an additional $4 per month. Subdivision rates and/or yearly discounts are available.

There is a limit of 2-96 gallon cans or equivalent (6-32 gallon cans) per week. Please inquire with the office if you require extra services or pick ups.

All trash must be canned, bagged, boxed, or bundled. We are not responsible for any loose trash on the ground. Cans, bags, or boxes must not exceed 50 pounds. 

We do not take wet paint, roofing, bricks, concrete, tires, car parts, or hazardous materials including chemicals, motor oil, car batteries, and lithium batteries. Some items may not be listed- call the office with questionable items.

We do not pick up yard waste: grass clippings, leaves, trees or branches, shrubs, etc.

Extra charges apply for bulky items: All furniture, patio furniture, box springs, mattresses, televisions, exercise equipment, etc., construction items: flooring, drywall, decks, toilets, tubs, lumber, etc. Please call the office for any questions and pricing at least one day in advance to ensure pickup.

Holiday Schedule: There will be no trash removal on the following holidays when they fall during the regular work week (Monday-Friday) unless communicated otherwise. All pick ups on or after the holiday will be delayed by one day (i.e. friday pick ups will be done on saturday)

We reserve the right to not make billing adjustments for the weather but we will take extra trash. For the safety of our employees and other drivers we occasionally require to take a regular scheduled day off due to snow or icy conditions. We will do everything we can to make up any missed days by delaying pick up by a day. Some extreme circumstances require us to pick up the following week in which case we will pick up extra trash.

We reserve the right to avoid driving on unsafe roads due to weather conditions and/or the road conditions themselves (i.e. gravel washed away from heavy rain).
